STAINLESS STEEL WIRE ROPE

Versatility and flexibility at lower costs. Stainless steel wire rope with a choice of 8 mm or 10 mm diameter can be used.

The 8 mm wire rope is certified for use by up to 4 persons. The distance between the intermediates can be up to 15 m.

The 10 mm wire rope is certified for use by up to 7 persons and up to 20 m spans.

SHOCK ABSORBER - Highly effective force reduction

Thanks to new Structure-Guard technology in the Xenon shock absorber, system loads are reduced to 6.5 kN*, allowing the Xenon HLL to be fixed to lower strength structures, such as light-weight roof systems. It will also allow the use of lower strength fixings into other structures. Hence, Xenon now offers the perfect protection to persons who are working at height, and it also prevents damage to the structure when a fall is arrested.

INTERMEDIATE BRACKETS

Xenon intermediate brackets ensure that shuttles glide smoothly without the user needing to manipulate it. Thanks to its fixing components, this universal intermediate bracket can be installed as free or fixed (in 45° steps). It can also have a return spring for applications on roof ridges. The Xenon intermediate brackets can be fitted or replaced without disconnecting the cable.
Different models of corner brackets are available for adapting the system to the building structure.

OVERHEAD INTERMEDIATE

The new Xenon-overhead intermediate guarantees the smooth passage of the wheeled glider - even when using a heavy fall arrest block.

CABLE END PARTS

These elements connect the cable to the anchor points. They are permanently fixed to the cable are made from stainless steel and are available for 8 and 10 mm systems.

Standard End Swage:
Inexpensive, available with or without integrated tensioner. This unit is designed to accommodate a number of different swaging methods.

Swageless Cable End:
Available with or without integrated tensioner. Easy to install. No special tools required. Allows simpler modifications to the system.

END ANCHOR POINTS

End Anchorage Rings:
Single attachment end anchorage rings for use with Xenon posts. Available in different M12 and M16 versions.

End Brackets:
Stainless steel plates anchor the system without compromising system integrity.

Various pyramid posts are available for fixing Xenon to different types of light-weight roofs:
